In 1982, White landed his first job performing as Diamond at Mr. F's Supper Club in the greater Detroit metropolitan area. It was here, with the help of The Jazz Singer (1980 film), that he studied Diamond's look and performance style. Within six months, Jay quit his day job as an insurance salesman to work as an impersonator full time. He had performed at the club for five years when a mutual friend sent word to Legends in Concert producer John Stuart in Las Vegas, NV. Now 1989, after an audition and a seven week run in Reno Nevada, Jay moved with his wife and three children from Utica Michigan to Las Vegas to perform with Legends in the Imperial Palace Hotel ana Casino. Jay would become the longest running act at Legends, performing in the hotel for almost nine years. White also was the first person to ever perform with Legends as a "living" legend (a musician still alive). After Legends in Concert, Jay went on to play corporate functions, cruises, and venues as a solo performer with a live band.

Since 1999, Jay has been performing in a recurring house show at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada inside the Le Bistro Theatre. His shows occur at 7:00pm nightly except Fridays and Saturdays, with some exceptions. He is known for not only portraying Neil's singing voice, guitar playing and look, but also emulates the onstage banter and joke styles of Neil Diamond shown in his tours. His current show features several montages about the life of Neil Diamond, and works as more as a tribute band show than an impersonation show. In November 2005, Jay played his 1,000th show as Neil Diamond to a sold-out auditorium. On December 3, 2009, due to low attendance and ticket sales brought on by the current economy, Jay White performed his final show at the Riviera Hotel/Casino. He is currently focusing on a self written musical show dedicated to the life and times of Neil Diamond.

Born: September 12 in Dallas, Texas
Freddie Pool began her professional career in the early 1960s, as a member of the girl group: “THE DELICATES”. The quartet recorded several singles for the Challenge, Soultown, and Pulsar Record labels. Previously, Pool had caught the attention of Motown Records founder, Berry Gordy, who invited her to record a demo for his company. Upon completion of the session for a tune entitled "Crying," which featured Patrice Holloway on backup vocals, Gordy expressed an interest in signing to a solo deal. She opted not to accept the offer, preferring instead to stay with “THE DELICATES”, who she continued to perform with until the early '70s.

Pool went on to become a founding member of the female trio: “WILD HONEY”. R&B star: Vesta Williams, Marie Marsh, and Rena Scott were her group mates, at various times. Ron Townson (of “The Fifth Dimension”) was their mentor. The trio performed in some of the world's Pool most elite hotel lounges and nightclubs with the likes of: (former Supreme) Jean Terrell, Ben Vereen, and Townson, himself. Before disbanding in the early '80s, the group recorded several tracks for a proposed, but ultimately unreleased, album project in Canada.

Throughout the '70s, '80s, and into the '90s, Pool provided backup vocals for artists such as: Lola Falana, Sammy Davis Jr, Lisa Stansfield, and Gladys Knight. She managed her own 12 piece band: THE MOTORCITY ANGELS, as well.

From 1996-2009, Pool was a member of: Former Ladies of the Supremes, (FLOS) completing the trio and helping to continue the legacy associated with the iconic group.

On top of all her other career achievements, Pool has established herself as an in-demand solo performer for major corporate events & parties. She also became, and remains, heavily involved in humanitarian activities.
